602siren.jpg (19105 bytes) Designed and patented by Adolph Katz for Coro in 1945, this beautifully designed fur clip was aptly named, the "Siren." Created in both light and dark color combinations, this one is the platinum blonde with the icy pale eyes. The Siren measures 13/4 inches long and is heavy since she is quality made of sterling. There is some wear to her lipstick and the eyebrows. The stones are all present and original and do show some aging under a loupe. All in all, this wonderful 64 year old lady is in very good condition. Signed "Coro Craft Sterling" with the Pegasus. View the back. Very collectible! Order "CR7-602Siren," $135.00. 419figurelzac.jpg (35152 bytes) Charming ethnic brooch of copper and pottery, this wonderful ELZAC pin was produced during the early 1940's in California. This fashionable mask pin is 3.5 inches tall and retains her original copper twist earrings. Sturdy clasp. Unsigned as these items all had paper tags or cardboard backs that were signed with the name Elzac. Here is the perfect bridge piece from the Elzac Victims of Fashion to the ceramic series. 206clown.jpg (7855 bytes) Here's a happy clown pin that's sure to bring a smile. Made by Gerry's in the 60's, this signed pin measures over 1.5 inches tall.  Another view. 203bow.jpg (37175 bytes) Very old enamel and marcasite bow pin is so feminine with the pretty shades of pink. Made of pot metal, this pin probably dates to before 1950 and measures 1 7/8 inches wide. View the back. Heavy for its size and all marcasites intact.  Please note that there is normal aging and wear to the enamel but still a beautiful piece for your bow collection. 191coro.jpg (36320 bytes) Wonderful Coro distinguished gentleman in African hat and scarf has original enamel and is in excellent condition. While we have seen other Coro blackamoors and ethnic pins from this period, we've never before seen this one! View from the side. Pin is 2 inches long and very heavy and well made. This very rare, Eisenberg Josephine Baker pin was made for Eisenberg by the House of Reinad. Josephine Baker was the inspiration for this pin but there was also a male bust similar  in style that was also produced for Eisenberg Originals. This pin is proof that Eisenberg did job out their jewelry designs early in their history.  This wonderful fur clip from the 1930's is all original.  The stones have softly aged and there are light surface scratches with some wear to the high points. 606hand.jpg (19466 bytes) Petite hand pin in by Trifari is marked with the tall crown mark and the word "COPR" for copyright. Chatons and baguettes form a ruffled cuff and a rhinestone on the finger is set as a ring.  Another view here. Probably from the late 1940's, this pin measures just 1 3/8 inches long. View the back. 601castlecliff.jpg (21315 bytes) Elegant and classically styled pin by Castlecliff is quite heavy and beautiful designed. Classic Greek Corinthian column with acanthus leaves measures about 2 1/4 inches tall and is accented with Montana blue chatons. Another view here. Very dimensional. 573coroknk.jpg (14102 bytes) Coro designed and sold a whole series of these door knocker pins in the late 1940's and this one still retains all the original stones. Measuring 1 1/2 inches long, it has emerald, amethyst, sapphire and clear rhinestone accents. The knocker actually works! Light surface scratches consistent with age appear much worse in the photo than they do in person. Still, price reflects. A lovely vintage pin guaranteed to be a favorite! Ruby, Siam, emerald (channel set), sapphire and clear rhinestone accents decorate this marvelous figure beautifully! View closer here. Pipe has a lady like a masthead on a ship and the gold wash finish is in excellent condition. Any darkness you see is the reflection of the camera. View the back. Aqua and clear rhinestones show some age and the pear shaped one in the top center is softly grayed with age but this does not seriously detract.  Measures just under 3 1/2 inches long. 603norma.jpg (15528 bytes) Sterling Dutch Couple, pair of pins by "Norma," circa WW2 have beautiful patina and gorgeous teal cabochon faces. Each in appropriate dress carrying buckets that dangle and move. Lady figural measures 2 1/4 inches tall while her male partner is slightly taller. Norma is a mark about which little is known. These pins are marked as follows: marked "Norma" in script (his in block letters), "Pat. Pend" and "Sterling" in block letters. View the back of pair. Set in gold tone, the larger measures just under two inches tall and the smaller is 1 3/8 inches tall.
